All of our jewelry is handmade here in the US, production time varies, but you should expect at least one to two weeks including shipping time. You’ll receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Fickle Fox Co does not accept returns but will happily exchange any unworn items within 21 days from receipt. All custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any damages as a result of shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment by phone or email.
To receive a return authorization please email us at ficklefoxco@gmail.com. We will issue the RA number and instructions on how to send your item in for exchange.
